How We Review

This page explains how we research and compare products, so you know what to expect from our articles.

Our approach: research and comparison

We compare products by studying the information available for each one. We do not run laboratory tests. Unless an article clearly says that we used a product ourselves, please read our picks as the result of research and comparison, not hands-on testing.

What we look at

  • The product details shown on the Amazon listing: features, specifications, sizes and what is included
  • Ratings and review counts shown on the listing, and the common points customers raise
  • Fit for the need in the article title, such as skill level, foot width, swing speed, age or budget
  • Price range and value compared with similar products

How we pick and order products

Each article is written for one clear need. We choose products that fit that need and explain how they differ, so you can see who each one suits. The order reflects how well each product matches the topic, based on the details above. Read how we earn money on our Amazon Affiliate Disclosure page.

Use of software

We use software tools to help collect product details and draft text. Articles are checked by a person before they are published.

Prices and availability

Prices, stock and product details change often. The price you see on Amazon is the one that applies. Please check the listing before you buy.

Advice and safety

Our articles on braces, supports and injury prevention are general information. They are not medical advice. If you have pain or an injury, please speak to a doctor or physiotherapist.

Corrections
